If you change your mind, accidentally purchased the wrong bundle, or simply haven't started the tour yet, request a refund within 24 hours of purchase and we'll process it in full. The only condition: no narration sites have been triggered.
We evaluate post-24-hour refund requests individually. We're reasonable about technical issues (audio that wouldn't play, GPS triggers that misfired), accidental purchases (you bought the wrong city), and circumstances beyond your control (medical emergency, travel cancellation, weather).
We're less flexible if you've played most of the tour and just don't feel like keeping it — in those cases we may offer a partial credit toward another tour rather than a cash refund, or decline at our discretion.

We respond within one business day. Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method via Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Refund requests should be submitted within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, we'll do our best on a case-by-case basis but can't guarantee a refund.
Once a refund is processed, your access to the bundle is revoked. Audio, maps, and tour content stop loading on your device. If you bought a different bundle, that one continues to work — refunds are per-bundle, not per-account.
